Influence is growing
As internet and especially social media platforms are getting more and more important, your company should also take this in account, especially the way you work with the social media. Review sites are something to consider but you can also just follow them and do no specific actions. Sites like Tripadvisor, Holdiay check and Zoover are of great influence on how (possible) customers think of your hotel. There are also links with affiliates possible as a way of supporting your distribution.
