Importance of websites
You have seen the website the hotel has right now: current website Emerald Forest Hotel. The Bergman family never paid that much attention to any digital tool. So the website is very weak and doesn't live up to the expectations of customers. Another thing is, because of the old-fashioned way the website is built and the lack of updating, the indexing by search engines is bad.
