EXAMPLE TEAM PAGE

This is an EXAMPLE of a filled-in team page. You can copy some technical examples from here after clicking the edit tab if you like. You can of course, NOT edit THIS page; you can only edit your own team page. But you can copy and past parts, if needed. Your team page should give Christina Bergman, the coaches and your colleagues an overview of the strategic plans for your hotel. So the team page is for INTERNAL communication on strategy. All EXTERNAL communication to your customers (your actions, photo's, campaigns, actions, messages, videos) should be posted on your hotel's Facebook or Twitter page (or other internet media). Be sure to post all links to social media, like your Facebook and Twitter page and maybe your hotels' website etc. on your team page! Referring to sources or examples on the internet makes your strategy much stronger (we faked that in this example)! Take into account that this example-page is not the "perfect" team page, it just gives you an idea. It does NOT contain a consistent strategy, which is your biggest challenge...Be sure to bring down the size of pictures or photo's used to 150kb. Check shrinking pictures.

We wanted a special Dutch hotel. This means that every hotelroom has his own special theme like; tulips, cheese, clogs, windmills, canals etcetera. This is the main reason why we chosed our name to be

"The Tulip"

We love our culture and we want to show our customers how beautiful the Netherlands are. Our hotel is for tourists who want to embrace our Dutch culture.

Our logo is a picture of a tulip because, we are a tyical Dutch hotel and we want our customers to embrace the culture.

A real dutch experience! Every room is decorated in a different theme. All themes have something to do with our country: The Netherlands!

We would like to share our thoughts and experiences by the things we are most proud of.

If you hear The Netherlands, you might not know where it is known for, but we hope that whenever you leave our hotel, you'll have a better idea and eventually tell your friends and family how amazing The Netherlands is.

New hotel strategy

Our biggest aim is to give all our guest a great experience in a real Dutch hotel. We want to give our guest a better impression of how The Netherlands looks like.

Since The Netherlands is such a small country, a lot of people only know a few things to mention when this country comes up in their head. We think this is a pity because The Netherlands has so many aspect where we are proud of.

Moreover, we would like to attract tourists. They usually have the least amount of knowledge of our country. However, Dutch people may also feel free to visit our hotel.

In conclusion, our hotel wants to make profit, since this is extremely important. We would like to attract tourists and show them where we are most proud of. Hopefully they will attract other people by expressing their feelings.
