What is the algorithm
The algorithm is the engine that drives the allocation of customers. It is the same system used in Facebook on deciding who will see your message and the same calculating-rules system which decides who will get which price offered for a flight ticket. Algorithms are very important in our automated world.
Our algorithm It takes into account your decisions, your decisions in relation to your explanations, in relation to the demand in the market and, especially, the entrepreneurship mark and other elements. In fact you get points for each of these elements: the higher the total of points, the more customers you get, so the higher your occpancy rate. And, probably the more turnover you make and the more change for a profit.
Most important: it influences heavily your occupancy rate.
