Create a special menu. The intention is to create a menu that can be offered throughout the year in the restaurant of your hotel.
Situation
In the hospitality industry, restaurants are an important part of the total offer. It's not just about the [Operating_review#All_Revenues|revenues] or the profit, but also about the image, the service and the alignment with the total strategy. This was also the case at Emerald Forest. The operating review shows the importance of food and beverage. But it is also very important in the banqueting.
