This is directly linked to the occupancy rate. You can not influence this separately. In the weekends per person per day, people are likely to spend € 20. In the weekend there is an average of 1,7 persons in the rooms.
* f&b revenues weekdays <br>
his is directly linked to the occupancy rate. You can not influence this separately. In the weekends per person per day, people are likely to spend € 40. During weekdays there is  1,0 person per room.
* banqueting revenues <br>
These revenues make up around 3,5% of the total revenues.
Maybe not really related like this, there is no real sense relation between the products, but this is the ratio as it has been over the years.

In the total of your Operating_review there is two main groups related to food and beverages.
First of all the food and beverages linked to the rented rooms (weekdays and weekend).
Secondly there is an important food and beverages component in banqueting. <br\>

By looking at the Operating review you can calculate the average spendings on food and beverages in all situations. Of course this is very much linked to occupancy rate.

Financial sheet info

On mouse over in the tab in t=your Financial sheet you will find the following information:

  • f&b revenues weekend

This is directly linked to the occupancy rate. You can not influence this separately. In the weekends per person per day, people are likely to spend € 20. In the weekend there is an average of 1,7 persons in the rooms.

his is directly linked to the occupancy rate. You can not influence this separately. In the weekends per person per day, people are likely to spend € 40. During weekdays there is 1,0 person per room.

  • banqueting revenues
