Food and beverage
In the total of your Operating_review_revenues there is two main groups related to food and beverages.
First of all the food and beverages linked to the rented rooms (weekdays and weekend).
Secondly there is an important food and beverages component in banqueting. <br\>
By looking at the Operating review you can calculate the average spendings on food and beverages in all situations. Of course this is very much linked to occupation rate.
