What does the kitchen look like?
As you can see on the groundplan, part A, there is (just) one kitchen in the total of the hotel. Banqueting as well as the restaurant (150 places), lobby (bar) and terrace are served from this facility. The kitchen it self, seems well equipped, and suited for its tasks.

In banqueting and other revenues (with 8%), obviously, the catering plays an important role as well. The price of a room, always includes breakfast and is considered to cost the hotel an average of € 10 per room (!) per night.
