All kinds of nature-friendly and sustainability-related labels do not apply to the rooms as they are now, nor do they to the hotel as a whole.
Future strategy
The Emerald Forest hotel has always been, so far, a family owned and operated hotel. They didn't really have a vision on sustainability or ESG. Yet, times are changing, so towards the future it will be ever more important to have a clear strategy, or a well-formulated mission related to this. And, in operations and procurement e.g. live up to this.
