Tasks during the game days: the 2nd, 3th and 4th of November.
When ever you have time, look ahead to what is coming. Some things on Friday (like the three minutes of fame) might bring you to start preparing today. Hand out all of the tasks. Organize your management team asap.
- Task 7: Wednesday
Starting day of the game, introduction and finalizing the basic set-up of the hotel.A hard-days work, all at once!
> 09.00 - 10.00 Meet with your team
> 10.00 - 11.00 Official opening and Kick-Off
> 11.00 - 13.00 Work on your Team file, first section, strategic choices. Also fill out and explain your preliminary decisions in your Team File and financial; sheet. Also check the Help section and Hotel info files on specific subjects.
> 13.00 - 14.00 Break
> 14.00 - 15.00 Prepare the Trade Fair. Check this page Trade Fair for more information. This is an important fair, one which will influence your success in the game. This offers you the opportunity to present your (new ideas on the) hotel and - very important - check out the competition. Be creative, and have a look at the pictures of Trade Fairs from other competitions. All team members must participate in the Trade Fair.

> 16.00 - 17.00 Finalizing your decisions and explanations for year 01. Maybe he Trade Fair made plans to be changed? 17.00 is the absolute deadline!
- Task 8: Thursday
Get business started! Do pay attention to your social media, if you didn't already. How about your website? Split-up the tasks, no time to breathe.
> 09.00 - 10.00 Meet with your team
> 10.00 - 11.00 Results year 01, instructions year 02.
> 11.00 - 13.00 Look at your financial sheet. Reflect on the results of year one. Decide on year 02 and give proper explanations and calculations. Fill out and explain your preliminary decisions in your Team File and financial; sheet. Also check the Help section and Hotel info files on specific subjects.
> 13.00 - 14.00 Break
> 14.00 - 15.00 A new tasks awaits you
> 15.00 - 16.00 Solving the new task
> 16.00 - 17.00 Finalizing your decisions and explanations for year 02. Maybe the new tasks has influence on them as well. 17.00 is the absolute deadline!

Keep paying attention to your social media, and be creative. Surviving the day!.

> 15.00 - 16.00 Finalizing your decisions and explanations for year 02. Maybe the new 3 minutes have had influence on them as well. 16.00 is the absolute deadline!
