As a professional management, we strongly recommend all of you to be present at all of the scheduled moments. The are classes which we think are useful as well as 'meet your team' sessions (only with your team). These 'meet your team' time-slots are scheduled so that all members of the teams can be present: please do so. Organize in your teamcontract how you are going to organize this: look ahead at all the five weeks. Remember that you are entrepreneurs during all of the five weeks. So keep your social media, website and activities alive. This will be monitored as well. So apart from your decisions and their deadlines, you can always work on the other elements.
During week 21 you will have the next tasks
- Week 21 - Preparations
In this first week your team will demonstrate its creativity and thereby present the new hotel in a more promising strategic direction, as well as distinguishing your hotel from your competitors. Check your schedule for
> Monday 22th very important: Central kick - off, followed by kick-off Go Green (module 11)
> Monday directly afterwards City meeting 16.30
> Wednesday 09.00 - 12.00 Meet your team: work on your Team file Preparations section, strategic choices. Deadline Tuesday 30th week 22 16.00
> Wednesday 12.00 - 13.00 Consultancy per city: use this session for questions, suggestions, help etc.
> During all of the week-weekend: a company doesn't close at certain hours: keep the communication on your hotel 'alive'
During this (short) week there is also a Go Green meeting (module 11): check your schedule.
During week 22 you will have the next tasks
- Week 22 - The first year
> Tuesday the 30th at 16.00 deadline for strategic part of your Team file, the prologue.
> Thursday 14.30 important Central information on year 1, results prologue
> Thursday 16.00 City meeting with your coach.
> Friday 09.00 - 12.00 Meet your team: work on your decisions, social media, plans, communications etc.
> Friday 16.00 deadline for decisions year 1.
> During all of the week-weekend: a company doesn't close at certain hours: keep the communication on your hotel 'alive'
During this week there is also a lecture on your financial assignment (part of module 12) and Go Green meeting (module 11): check your schedule.
During week 23 you will have the next tasks
- Week 23 - The Trade fair and year 2
> Tuesday 09.00 - 12.00 Meet your team: work on your preparation Trade fair, your social media, look ahead at year 2.
> Wednesday all day: Preparations and participating in Trade Fair. Check the page Trade Fair for more info.
> Friday 09.30 important Central information on year 2, results year 1
> Friday 11.00 City meeting with your coach.
> Friday 13.30 - 16.30 Meet your team: work on your decisions year 2, analyse results year 1, social media, plans, communications etc.
> Friday 16.00 deadline for decisions year 2.
> During all of the week-weekend: a company doesn't close at certain hours: keep the communication on your hotel 'alive'
During this week there is also a Q&A lecture on your financial assignment (module 12) and Go Green meeting (module 11): check your schedule.
During week 24 you will have the next tasks
- Week 24 - Year 3 and year 4: busy week
> Wednesday 10.30 important Central information on year 3, results year 2
> Wednesday 12.00 City meeting with your coach.
> Wednesday 16.00 deadline for decisions year 3.
> Friday 09.30 important Central information on year 4, results year 3
> Friday 11.00 City meeting with your coach.
> Friday 16.00 deadline for decisions year 4.
> During all of the week-weekend: a company doesn't close at certain hours: keep the communication on your hotel 'alive'. You can stop this Friday at 16.00.
During this week there is also a lecture on your financial assignment (module 12) and Go Green meeting (module 11): check your schedule.
During week 25 you will have the next tasks
- Week 25 - The final
> Tuesday 13.30 important Central information the final results
> Tuesday 15.00 City meeting with your coach, finalizing this part of module 12.
> Wednesday Meet your team: focus on your financial assignment.
> During this week there is also a Q&A lecture on your financial assignment (module 12) and Go Green meeting (module 11): check your schedule.
