New Management Team
Presenting your management team to Jill, Christina and your coaches.
Situation
You just took over the management of the hotel. Within your team you have to take decisions who is going to o what: the role, the positions.
The most logical positions in the management team are:
- General manager
- Financial manager
- HRM manager
- Marketing & Sales
- Hospitality manager
Goal
Making clear who is responsible for what. Setting up your communication.
Task, deliverable
See your Team document.
- Give the full names of all the management team members.
- Explain who has which tasks, role
- Give one 06 numbers being the contact number of your team
- Make team picture of your management team and put that in your Team document. Be sure the picture reflects what your strategy is going to be like.
- Join the Facebook group. Go to Facebook group 29NL and request to join the group. You can join with more members, or even with a (personal) hotel page (Facebook pages now can join groups)
- Out of each team, we suggest, one member to represent the team in a WhatsApp group. This is the first line of additional help during the game.
