== What can you do? ==__NOEDITSECTION__
In the game you have a number of possibilities to influence your hotel.
* The Team file which you have a private login link to. In this file you present your strategy and the links to your web site and social media. In this file you also do all your explanations of your decisions.
* Your Team finances spreadsheet: only accessible with your private link via your Team file, any hotel has its own. None of this is visible on the platform. In this Team sheet each hotel van follow:
** tab 1 the decisions tab where you fill out your decisions on prices and expenses
*** in this tab there is a link to your Team file at decision 14 to explain your decisions in depth.
** tab 2 the results tab where your hotel finds its results after each year, only after releasing by your coach.
** tap 3 for additional calculations which can be handy in some cases.
* The social media, websites etc. (on your teampage there should be links to all your social media and website(s) used)
* Other live actions of your team: sometimes required, like the Trade Fair but maybe also at your own initiative.
We know look at the explanations form. <br>

We know look at your explanations, in which you explain extensively all your financial decisions each year.

== Your hotels Team file and Team finances are to be keptsecured and secret! == __NOEDITSECTION__
Look at the screenshot below: this is what you will see. Your hotels Team finances are private of course.

This example is the Team finances of a team with all of the years filled out. Of course if you start you will only see the prologue, (year 00), the history, filled out with decisions from the past.

== Explanations in every year == __NOEDITSECTION__
All decisions in all years must be backed-up by explanations. In your Team finances you will find the at decision 14 the link back to your Team file part explanations. <br>
  <center>Time file explanations.</center>

You need to explain very explicitly every year why you chose the decisions your team took.
  <center>Team file.</center>

You also fill out the decisions in numbers (euro's) in your Team file, above the explanationsas a back-up please do not forget. So the decisions are to be filled out in the Team finances (tab decisions) AND in the Team file. Make things smart, make calculations and refrain from general remarks like 'we think this is interesting'or 'a lower price bring more customers'. Give benchmarks and sources, real links. Be sure to calculate with the new price to prove that if the new, lower (or higher) price works out, this will rise the occupancy rate and so the revenues. In the end this will bring more profit because.... and calculate this. <br>
All your team members can work in the same Team file all of the years (even at the same moment). All you do is saved automatically all the time in this document there is no save button :-). You can easily put links and pictures (just be sure that they are not too much mb's!) in the file, do so if it contributes to your explanations.

If a year has passed, leave that section with explanations in: do not change it anymore and jump to next year. All of the years the questions asked are the same. Please put in (hyper)links to sources and for instance social media. The explanations will look somewhat like the picture underneath. Keep in mind that it might look a bit different in your competition.

== Your mark and occupancy == __NOEDITSECTION__
The Team file is very important in every year because
* your occupancy (and profit) depend on your decisions but even more on your explanations! This will be judged by your coach.
* the entrepreneurship mark you get every year, depends heavily on these explanations as well.
Your explanations show that you are really managing the hotel in a proper, well-thought over manner. Leaving this out just means filling out numbers and guessing and will for sure bring down your occupancy and result in a low gameplay mark.
<center> </center>
At the end of the game your will have one overall gameplay mark which is the average of the four entrepreneurship marks and the four creativity marks during the simulation.
Year 02 for instance shows for entrepreneurship 9 | 8,3 this means mark 9 this year and overall, so far, 8,3. <br>
Year 02 for instance shows for gameplay mark  8,5 | 8,0 this means mark 8,5 this year and overall, so far, 8,0. <br>
