The Team File is the place where your team works in, all the time. Of course, there also will be 'live' activities as well as some other tasks.
You will work on this Google Sheets file, with the secret login in your possession. The file is very similar to a spreadsheet in Excel. The big advantage is, that is all in the cloud. You can work with different people, from different devices at the same time. This gives you an impression what a complete Team File, after the preparations and four years, with results and comments could look like. By no means is this the perfect team: it is just any team.

The [[Team file|Team File]], which you have a private login link to, is the most important file to your hotel. In this file you will find four tabs:
* tab [[preparation]] where you start, introduce your hotel, strategy etc.
* tab [[decisions]] where you, after the preparation make your decisions and give [[explanations]] each year.
* tab [[dashboard]] where you can find an overview of the most important financial results
* tab [[results]] where you find an operating review and other details on results and costs after each year.

As a management team, you do all your decisions and explanations in the Team File, assigned to you. Sometimes, when it is busy online, it takes some time to load. You can all work in the file at the same time. The program has a lot of functionalities. If you have problems with copy paste, read

== Deadlines and release ==
Each year or round has it's own deadline: you are not allowed to work on these assignments or change the decisions after this (each) deadline.<br>
Your coach will then run the algorithms and assess your work. Together this will lead to your results: which all starts with your hotel's occupancy rate. <br>
There is also a specific moment which is called 'the release', this is the time when all your results will be visible to you in your Team file, so:
* your hotel's operating review
* your hotel's dashboard with:
* the comments of your coach
