This part puts you in a situation, many B2B people find themselves daily. You have to negotiate in order to fit into the given budget. You have a limited amount to spend in order to bring your Value Proposition to life.

You will be negotiating with your Key Partner for the VP. Examples:

As in reality, unexpected things will always occur: sometimes for the good, sometimes for the bad. As a management team you have to be prepared, but even more important, you must act. All eyes will be on the management team with regard to steps to be taken. In crisis situations, there is often no clear road map on what to do and how to act. <br>

Not only the interests of the hotel have to be taken into account, but the interests of all stakeholders.

Situation

As in reality, unexpected things will always occur: sometimes for the good, sometimes for the bad. As a management team you have to be prepared, but even more important, you must act. All eyes will be on the management team with regard to steps to be taken. In crisis situations, there is often no clear road map on what to do and how to act.
