What is an FTE?
FTE is an abbreviation for Full Time Equivalent. This is a workload which comprises 1,800 working hours a year. So for one person working full time, this could be his or her job 'hours'. These hours could also be filled in by several persons working part-time and together 'doing' the 1,800 hour workload. So, this could be two persons half-time (50%), or even 5 persons 10% and one person 50%.
As you take over the hotel, there is limited information on the number of staff on the Staff page. On the operating review page there is more on the cost side of staff.
