What is a FTE?
FTE is an abbreviation for Full Time Equivalent. This is a workload which comprises 1,800 working hours a year. So for one person working full time, this could be his or her job. These tasks could also be filled in several persons doing together the 1,800 hour tasks and each working part-time. So this could be two persons half-time (50%), or even 5 persons 10% and one person 50%.
As you take over the hotel, there is not much information on the number of staff.
