What is an FTE?
FTE is an abbreviation for Full Time Equivalent. This is a workload which comprises 1,800 working hours a year. So for one person working full time, this could be his or her job. These tasks could also be filled in by several persons working part-time and together 'doing' the 1,800 hour tasks. So, this could be two persons half-time (50%), or even 5 persons 10% and one person 50%.
As you take over the hotel, there is not much information on the number of staff.
